Carbon Life Forms Are Supposed To Be Simple

Hello dear reader, welcome back to another blog on morally accurate misanthropy! Of course, like every other blog, this comes from a deep hatred from being a human myself. Not to ignore all the great qualities our species brings out into this world but there are surely a lot more cons than there are pros. Look at any other carbon-based life forms out there. Cheetahs, Rhinos, Birds, Cats, Dogs, and Seahorses. They may not have an advanced or evolved mind like ours but they have certainly figured out that simplicity is key to having a good life.

Be born. Learn how to hunt and hide. Mate. Take care of the successors until they're independent enough. Be alert or die. Emotions limited to fear, love, sadness, and anger. Not holding back on expressing any of them. A simple yet effective form of communication.

Then there is us.

The only life form on Earth who would rather document all the other animals than pay close attention to the ones they live with. The anxious ones are beings filled with thoughts of fear when the slightest of things start to point south. This pushes them into a rollercoaster of emotions. All more intense than the last. Anger, fear, and love are the strongest of them. The overthinkers have thoughts that go so fast they themself would forget what they were thinking about a few seconds ago. The silence of an overthinker is equal to that of a race car running laps at its top speed. The moment they open their mouths about what they're thinking the car hits the brakes and all the emotions come flooding out. The impulsive, you will never be able to tell what is on their minds until the last second. Could be as simple as a simple change in the plans for dinner to selling the biggest piece of furniture in the span of a few hours. Pray you are on their good side lest you come in for a surprise.

We, humans, tend to laugh and cry at the stupidest of things. Maybe someone misspelled a word, maybe someone overthought a simple joke, or maybe someone thought it was the wrong decision for another to make. Why? Why can we not just eat grass and die like any other animal? So many connections that make us who we are and for what? You don't see a dog make more friends than needed. Every species has some level of connection with others. The praying mantis kills its partner right after mating. The black widow spider eats its partner after mating. The seahorse lives with its partner for the rest of its life. What do we do? All of the above? None of the above? Are we unique? Yes. Is that good? Debatable. Are we simple?
